When I was a kid I used to love to look at the teeny tiny snails that would pile up on the side of our back steps. I have always been easily fascinated by things that lots of people never give a thought about. LOL When I was little I would wonder about their tiny world and all the things that go on below our feet that we never give a thought to. Those very tiny snails were actually smaller than these that I photographed today. Still I was happy to find these, and add something new to the blog.

My finger probably isn’t the best thing to use, as I have very small hands. I should probably put a dime in my pocket when out taking photos, that way I have something more uniform to use for comparison.
